So I haven't done a personal blog in it seems like forever, I've finally got a little bit of extra time. This week is going to be on of the easiest weeks for me out of the whole semester, mostly because it's the first one I haven't had a test in I don't know how long. Speaking of test, I'm dying to know what I made on my math and econ tests from last week. I know I'm a nerd, I can't help it! I had a very good weekend, I got caught up on a bunch of work.

I also saw two great movies, for the price of one might I add. See my and my friend decided since the movies have so many theaters and they never really check tickets after you're in, that we would try to sneak into a second movie, and guess what! It worked, it was almost too easy, so we watched She's The Man first then right after hit the bathroom and went right into Ice Age 2. It was like the smoothest plan ever, and I'm the total overanalyzer! I think that's why it worked so well, because we didn't really plan it, we were just like "wouldn't it be cool?". I don't know if this is something a lot of people do, but they should because $8 is a rip off! Back home I could never sneak, cause the theater I went to only had four theaters and the manager knew almost everybody and was patroling all the time. But the movies back home were only $5.

But anyways, the movies were both good, She's The Man is probably my favorite movie right now. I used to think Amanda Bynes was lame on Nickelodeon but I thought she was really good in this movie. And there is a nice hunk of man candy named Channing Tatum costarring, which made the experience even more enjoyable. He's is all kinds of fine, ladies google him now! Haha. So it was a pretty chill weekend.

I'm kinda excited because tommorrow is my boyfriends birthday :) It sucks though because he is in Oklahoma. I keep thinking about his birthday last year, we had the best time. I went up to his house and we had the whole cake deal and watched North Carolina (our favorite college bball team) win the championship. It was so much fun. I just sent him money this year because he's been wanting clothes (he might just love shopping more then I do) and let him pick out what he likes. I also sent him a cute card that he doesn't know about. It just doesn't feel the same though, birthdays are a big deal to me and I hate not being able to be with him. Long distance relationships are so hard, sometimes I just get so frustrated I want to give up. I just gotta keep thinking it will be summer in no time!

wow this week has flown by, and i'm very happy about that. the beginning of this week was very stressful and not cool at all. i tried to do astronomy extra credit, so i wouldn't have to worry about that when i got back from spring break, but each viewing i signed up for got cancelled, and i didn't know they were cancelled until i got there so it was a struggle. i'm really stressing over my accounting class too, i have a test next thursday and i'm dreading that. and an astronomy test monday...grr.

but enough ranting, it is going to be friday in a few minutes and that makes me so happy :). i'm going home this weekend because my boyfriend is coming in for his spring break. i can't wait to see him, kinda nervous cause i haven't seen him since the beginning of january. so i know i'm not going to be getting any school work done this weekend. i can't believe last semester when i went home i would take my books and stuff home but they never left my book bag, now i don't even bother lugging them home because i know i ain't gonna bother. something about going home is like a mini vacation where i don't worry about anything... speaking of vacations! spring break week after next! so close! i'm so excited about going to the beach, all i wanna do is relax and get a good tan. and i know it's not gonna be too long after we get back until this semester is done! so happy about that.

so...i'm gonna get some stuff together for the trip home tomorrow, hope yall had a good week. later.

So I've had a great weekend. In case you haven't heard, Carolina BEAT Duke! Check it out . Haha just had to throw that one in there. It was an awesome game and I'm totally in love with Tyler Hansbrough, he is amazing...and yeah i'll admit i looked for him on facebook..haha no luck.

So I watched the Chappelle movie Friday...loved it. It's perfect for you if you like Chappelle and hip-hop, which I love. I give it a B+. Only short of the A because I wanted more Chappelle, can't get enough of him.

So right now I'm watching the Oscars, pretty crazy stuff. Three 6 Mafia won an Oscar for best original song or whatever, I thought that was frickin' hillarious, the song "It's Hard Out There For a Pimp". They were like the most excited winners yet. The best part was the host, Jon Stewarts' reaction. I'm rooting for Reese Witherspoon and Joaquin Phoenix for best actor and actress cause I loved Walk the Line. Well that's all I have to ramble about for now, see youns in the A.M.

I'm in such a good mood right now so I thought it would be an ample time to update. I have been meaning to all week but just kept putting it off. I just got done working out and I always feel like 10x better after. It gets all the stress out of my mind. I've been working out pretty hard this semester and I'm starting to see some good results. I'm also addicted to going to pilates class. It's a pretty tough class but it's also really relaxing. Speaking of relaxing, I went to my first UT baseball game Tuesday and it was cool, very chill. The weather this week has been awesome. I'm so over winter and can't wait for it to get warm.

I didn't go to the game last night, sucks that we lost. I'm glad I got to see FSU beat Duke though. I'm hoping they keep up the losing Saturday against Carolina. I hate Duke, it's like in my blood. I'm from NC and in my town you either liked Duke or Carolina. Everyone made bets on the Carolina/Duke game, the women that did the announcements at our school would even announce the score the next day if the team they liked won. The hardcore fans wouldn't come to school the next day after their team got beat because of all the hell they would catch. So basically I hate Duke with all my heart and soul and love Carolina, I almost went to school at Carolina. So last night was awesome because I'm pulling for any team that plays Duke and FSU had them beat. The funniest part though was when FSU's fans rushed the court when they thought the game was over and there was still like 2 seconds left. It was so funny, they had to go back up in the stands THEN rush the court AGAIN! I wonder if they got fined twice?

I'm so glad tomorrow's friday, I know I'm gonna go watch the new Chappelle movie and hit up my newest addiction, Marble Slab. I never even heard of it til I got to Knoxville. It's SO good. Well I hope everybody had a good week and has an awesome weekend.

Nothing really specific to talk about I just felt like writing. I couldn't believe it when I woke up this morning and there was snow on the ground. I'll admit I hate it, I mean it was fun and all when I was little and went sledding and built snowman but now I hate winter. I'm so ready for warm weather. Luckily me and my roommate rented a bunch of movies last night so we are just going to pile up and watch movies tonight. We got my absolute favorite movie, Two Can Play That Game. It's not a really popular movie but I love it. I doubt I will be reviewing any movies this week because there's not anything that I even want to see.

I stumble across this article this morning, Lachey Reserves Right to Seek Support. I think it's so hilarious that Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson didn't get a pre nup, because at the time he was worth more than she was, and now she's gonna have to pay up to him! She got so owned on that deal. But anyways I had to get my celebrity gossip in there.

I noticed something very disturbing today when I was looking through my little calendar/organizer thingy. I have at least one test EVERY week until spring break then the week right after spring break I have two! That is really depressing. I used to think it was bad to have a bunch in one week but this seems like it's gonna be worse. All I have to say is I can't wait until spring break. Another thing that has been bothering me this weekend is that me and my boyfriend have been fighting like cats and dogs. It's just so frustrating. I hate long distance relationships. But anyways that's enough for now. Hope you guys have a good weekend. Later!

Hey everybody. I just had to write because I went to another movie and I wanted to tell youns about it. So Friday night I went to watch Last Holiday. I'll have to be honest I wasn't expecting a great movie. I was really dissapointed with Queen Latifah in Beauty Shop, it just wasn't as good as I was hoping. But I have to say I loved Last Holiday. It's not really the most recent movie I know, it came out about a month ago. I was really impressed though. I laughed out loud a lot through the movie. It's a cute story and I have to say I fell in love a lil bit with LL Cool J's character. It was also weird but interesting to see Alicia Witt it seems like forever since I'd seen her in Urban Legend. I think she did a really good job. I'd have to give this movie an A. Wow first A I've given...Last Holiday should be honored. Haha.

Anywhoo...I just had a slacker weekend, slept, ate, and watched it snow. I have a bunch of tests this week so I had to study up for that. I already have an advising appointment for fall semester tomorrow and I'm hoping that I actually get advised this time...last time I just got confused. Of course Tuesday is Valentines Day...I'm not really a big fan of Valentines Day. It kinda seems like a rip off. But this doesn't mean I'm not expecting a good gift from my boyfriend haha. It sucks though because my boyfriend is at school in Oklahoma. I sent him a big box of all his favorite candy and some food stuff and just random things he likes. I'm interested to see what he comes up with since we can't be together. Hope yall get what you want for Valentines! Well enough rambling, see everybody in class tomorrow.

I had a great day today! I only had two classes and a nap in between so that was a good start. My roommate is majoring in sign language interpreting and for her class she has to go to deaf events. So I told her I would go to a deaf basketball game with her. I was really excited because I love basketball and I was really curious to see how different it was for the deaf team. I didn't know but it was a high school, the Tennessee School of the Deaf, just a few minutes away from campus. I have to admit I was nervous cause I don't know any sign language at all. It was a really cool experience. It was so amazing watching all the people sign to each other and it was awfully quiet since the coach couldn't yell at the team. They even had a cheerleading team! I wanted to understand them so bad and I kept bugging my roommate to tell me what they were saying. But anyways it was a really fun experience and now I want to take sign language! Along with the game we also went to ihop, gotta love an omelet and pancakes. The only complaint I have about today was there was like an emercency drill in Humes, meaning we all had to go outside on like the coldest day this year. I was NOT a happy camper. It didn't last too awful long but still it was annoying. Well I guess I'm going to get off livejournal, I've been on here for like an hour reading everybody's entries and posting comments. See youns in class tomorrow!

Hey everybody. I had a good weekend and now I'm just chillin' watching the Super bowl. It feels the same every year, I never really care which team wins but I watch it because it is "the Super bowl". I went home this weekend and it was pretty fun. It snowed like 3 inches yesterday! The best part about going home had to definitely be the food. My grandpa fixed this awesome Thanksgiving-meal for lunch today and I'm still full! I love my family, they are the greatest and they spoil me pretty bad.

I also went with some of my friends to watch Something New. It was pretty funny when everyone asked me what we were going to watch and I said "Something New" they were like "Yeah I know it's a new movie, but what is it?!?". But anyways the main reason I wanted to watch the movie is because I like Sanaa Lathan (she's been in Love and Basketball and Brown Sugar). Overall I thought it was a good movie, the ending was little predictable but it was really well acted. I expected it to be more of a comedy but it was more drama/romance. And unlike most movies these days it wasn't dragged out forever. I'd have to give it a B grade.

Well I hope everybody had a good weekend and I'll see youns in class tomorrow, bright and early!

So I haven't written an entry lately so I thought I would update. Nothing really exciting has been going on, just the usual stuff. I'm in a really good mood today. Which is odd because I usually nap every day and I didn't nap yesterday or today so I was expected to be cranky today. Haha I'm not feeling too exhausted yet.

I've been wasting time practically all day doing nothing and I found this thing on livejournal where you could download a application for your computer so you can write your entries in the application instead of on the website. It's kinda like Word or something. I think it's pretty cool cause you can edit the font and it does links automatically for you. If you wanna check it out for yourself click here.

Has anybody seen that new pizza from Pizza Hut called like, CheesyBites? Or something of that effect. Well anyways me and my roommate tried it tonight and it was AWESOME! I would recommend it. I know I'm not the only that is getting tired of their food options. I'm so excited I'm going home this weekend and I get some great home cooking! My grandpa is the best cook. I'm an only child and grandchild so he spoils me pretty bad. So when I go home he cooks whatever I want. Ah, all that work I've been doing at TRECS down the drain...oh well haha.

One more random tidbit. I saw this guy at TRECS with the Jordan Jumpman logo as a tattoo. It looked pretty cool. Do any of you guys have a tattoo? I've been thinking about getting something small for a long time. I'm just lose interest so easily that I'm afraid I'll end up hating it in two months or something. Ok wow I can't believe I rambled on for so long. Have a great night everybody, see you guys in class tomorrow!
